[NJARC] Anyone have a 6AB tube they can bring to the next meeting?

Hi Al,

SIX-ALPHA-EIGHT -- Tom, you may need new glasses or
contacts, or a larger monitor. ;-)

I think it wouldn't hurt to try a new 6A8 converter
tube in Tom Lee's set, especially since performance
drops off dramatically as a function of the received
frequency. I told Tom this may *not* fix it, but it's
worth a shot. 6K8 *might* work as a sub, but I haven't
consulted the tube manual to check.

Thanks again for all of your help on Saturday. Hey, I
found a nice RCA FM sweep generator lurking in my
basement. I'll bring it next time!
