I use them for some 45 RPM parts and I believe that this is a new service

ANTIQUE BATTERY RADIO DRIVER  REPAIR

West Tech now provides a repair service for all of the  horn speaker drivers 
such as Utah, Baldwin, Western Electric, Magnavox, Atwater  Kent, Grebe and 
many others. Service includes re-magnetizing the magnet,  armature/diaphragm 
allinement and rewinding of OPEN coils if need be. Cost  depends upon whether one 
coil is OPEN or both coils in the case of some drivers,  damage to the 
armature/diaphragm and/or the pin. Other problems upon inspection.  Need only send 
in the driver if diaphragm is attached, both driver and base if  diaphragm is 
in the base.
