[NJARC] Hamming with Vintage Gear

Hi friends,

I am curious what impact the reduction and then elimination of code
requirement is having.  Are club members getting licensed who were not
before?  If any recent licensees need help with parts, antennas, or
on-the-air tests, let me know.
