Ah, yes.  The memories.

I remember one storage room being cleaned out by an outside 
contractor.  His cleaning method was to toss everything into a 
dumpster.  Fortunately I happened along on one of my dumpster 
searches in time to rescue a lot of good HP gear, much of which was 
still current.

When Bell Labs and AT&T Labs split off, I stayed with AT&T and went 
to Lincroft.  Retired from there two years later.
