This is the most naïve post I have yet to see on here. And, from a VP of the
NJARC at that. Nazi radios are not banned from ebay. German sellers are not
allowed to sell items with the Swastika on them, however I have purchased
hundreds of tubes through ebay from Germany that had Swastikas on them. All
WWII German radios can be considered Nazi radios. The Swastika was
prominently marked on almost every item especially tubes, telegraph keys,
earphones, and radios. For a radio collector they are very interesting.
Comparing technologies of WWII military radios from different countries does
give quite an insight into the evolution of technology in different areas of
the world. German built WWII radios are simply the best of that vintage. In
my 40 years of radio collecting I have collected many German, Japanese,
British, Russian, domestic USA, and other military radios as well as turn of
the century wireless radios. Are you suggesting that any forum that allows
selling German radios of WWII vintage be banned? What do you collect? I grew
up under Communism and came to this country when I was 11 years old in 1956,
yet I have a large poster of Stalin. Not because I admire the man, not at
all, but because it does remind me of my youth as they were posted all over
the place. Regards - Mike

Checkout eBay item number 120035033461 Has anyone ever seen such a hideous
Nazi propaganda radio? Is that an ink well next to the eagle on top? A
desk
set for a party official? Regards, Richard Lee VP NJARC
Nazi items are banned from being sold on ebay. As such I have reported it
to them. I think if a few others join in reporting it, the listing will be
removed.
thx
