[NJARC] "Bumble Bee" Caps

            I've pulled hundreds of these out of miniature tube Zenith
Transoceanics. For the car folk, they are about as good as bald tires and
used camshafts. On 2 occasions, I've smoke tested trans-o carcasses and as
the voltage increases, the .047uf "bumble bee" that is in series with one
leg of the AC has popped and let out a nice symetrical smoke ring upon
experation. Maybe it's a rock and roll thing since Pete Townsend of the Who
would smash his guitar as part of the show. These caps are going into Fender
and Marshall amps to eventually self destruct in liew of a fog machine.
