[NJARC] Anyone have a 20kv supply?

Gee Al, when you and Rob where at my QTH I thought you guys were friends -
Actually, I do have a PS that is variable from a few volts up to 30 KV. It
is not small, but if all Rob wants to do is test this item out, it should
work fine. I mainly used it to test the breakdown of HV capacitors that I
built for spark gap rigs. But, that is a whole another story, as it is not
