In a way, if you're a club member, you're forced to get it (unless you don't 
open your mail).
D)  The Reflector is an OK option ... but, if you're not in the club, you 
can't bid...so it's not like you're increasing distribution.
E)  The web site is even a better option ...but unless you're reading the 
Reflector or  checking the web site on occasion, you don't know the list is 
posted.
