The Vintage Tube Audio Collectors turkey shoot for  today has been canceled.  
During the night someone taped Telefunken, Mullard, or Amprex audio tubes to  
every one of the turkeys.
Since this must be an inside job, we assume that  some turkeys other than us 
are hording NOS audio tubes.  
The dogs are being mobilized as this is posted. Only contented dogs from  
vacuum tube homes are being called into service. Those dogs with solid  state 
damaged high frequency hearing will not be accepted.  
Please be assured that when these tubes are recovered they will be hoarded by 
 the proper persons.  
Anyone that has inside information about these turkeys please contact us. We  
will show them the correct use of terms like turkey under glass and turkey on 
 the plate. The exposure to vacuum tubes should make them taste a little 
sweeter  and not be dry or thin.  
The demonstration of how to cook a turkey with an SET amp using broadcast  
tubes is still being held at 3:00.
