Rob, Rob, Rob,

You've benn workin' with too much Old Navy gear (the
radios, not the clothes). If it's got a 35W4 in it, it
sure as heck doesn't have no stinking power
transformer. ;-)

Seriously, my two cents: Phil, check that the ground
side of the volume control is really grounded.
