[NJARC] How to reduce ground hum

Assuming that all tube operating voltages are nominal, do a detailed
inspection on the chassis for touching terminals and make sure the
replaced components are going to the correct terminals. I think we all
have made a wrong connection or two when recapping!
Then check that the signal input ground is properly terminated. Have
seen broken shield wires do some strange things in audio amplifiers.
