I just recapped another one of the cheap audio amps with the typical tube lineup- 35W4, 12AV6, 50C5. When I tested it after the recap it sounded fine until I reversed the ac plug. I got a tremendous hum that I could control with the volume control. Any ideas what could cause this? Phil Vourtsis Pres- NJARC
