working in a Vo/Tech school , I have somewhat of an advantage keeping up with 
all of the latest in "illigitimate" technology. As it would happen, there is 
a new "sport" which revolves around using Wi-Fi signals. Its called "WAR 
DRIVING" and is usually done by teens and 20 somthings, driving around with 
external antennae hooked to wi-fi cards in laptops, and hunting down signals. It 
turns out this is for the most part, legal, if the internet being "borrowed" is 
not protected. I know ive "borrowed" enough internet... As a friend of mine used 
to say... Exploit the ignorant!
