Jim,
I would suggest at trip to the next NJARC swap meet. Your likely to find
someone selling parts, or you just may find another 41-221, or other similar
radio, you could use for parts. Since the radio only has two bands, you
shouldn't have too much trouble finding a replacement. Outside of that, Antique
Electronics, Ocean State Electronics, Radio Daze, etc... are other sources.

Back to the Philco 41-221.
The speaker problem is done with.
I now have a cracked Band Switch wafer. It is part # 42-1598. Labeled 51 on
the Philco Service Bulletin #359.
Does anyone have a replacement I might buy, or a source for it elsewhere.
I don't think it can be repaired because of the stress put on it when it is
switched.
