I've seen items by this seller for years. I've had trips to the Outer Banks
in North Carolina for family vacations on 3 occasions. I usually bring one
of my tube trans-o's with me for giggles. I've never run into this person,
or have seen this piece of advertising before. Obviously a piece of homebrew
60's era self promotion. Oh yeah, the radio is a 600 series T.O. The seller
was plugging his own battery pack for tube T.O's for 50 bucks. I've built
mine for about 12 bucks. I don't believe Zenith would do something this
risqué.
