Marv,

They (not all of them, but enough - and certainly their government) 
don't respect our laws.  In my opinion they not respecting our laws 
is one heck of a lot worse than law abiding Americans telling a joke. 
They are shoving it in our faces every day, and lately even more 
often than that.  I think it's just good old American frustration 
that we make jokes about it.

But you are correct when you say - "Don't think the Reflector should 
be a forum for these type of comments."  So I'll stop now.
