[NJARC] A few thoughts on the repair clinics and the News letter.

I'll give a hands-on demo on scopes or signal tracing or whatever is in
demand.  I also have some vintage movies on receiver theory and shop
practice.  Breaking off into a more technical talk to keep the old timers
interested, and another how-to for beginners might make sense.

I'm also available outside of meetings to those willing to come by my
shack, possibly on the way to meetings as I am 20min W of Sarnoff.
