As another museum professional, I will echo Alex's advice to develop a rational acquisition policy for InfoAge. It seems like "unlimited" space now, but as all us collectors know, stuff expands to fill the space available. At the fairly young(20 years) museum where I work(Howell Living History Farm), we have to dig through vast amounts of stuff to get to other stuff, despite adding lots of additional storage room.
It may turn people off to hear that InfoAge doesn't want something, but when you run out of space and have to get rid of things, it can turn people off even more to hear that you are junking or selling stuff. An exception is donations solicited specifically to be sold as fund-raisers.
