Alex,
Excuse me Alex, but butt out. We at Infoage can develop our own standards.
Right now we don't have a complete set, but hope to. We know how to
dispose of excess. But to have excess your first have to have
something to work with - and this is what we are trying to do.
Negative comments and bureaucratic conditions like you suggest will
only turn off potential donations.
