[NJARC] Signal Corps Museum

Unfortunately, as best I know the decision has been made to pack it up 
and send it somewhere else, maybe to the Smithsonian or some Army 
history museum.  We should fight that vigorously, it should go to Camp 
Evans and stay in NJ.  There may be a chance to change that decision but 
we've been so busy with InfoAge that we have not had time to pursue it.  
I personally think we should take that on as a challenge.
