[NJARC] Request for assistance in identifying a radio

Also, anyone who didn't make it to the InfoAge tailgate party yesterday
missed a really nice event. The weather was hot but it was fairly
comfortable under the trees. It was the first time I attended a club
event in "our yard" and although it was a long trip, it was well worth
it.
