[NJARC] HP model

I have an HP model 400AB VTVM that was given to me this week.  It fires
up and the meter pointer deflects but doesn't zero.  If anyone has an
interest in it please email me and I will bring it to the swap meet
tomorrow.  I'm just looking to get it to a good home.  Thanks.
