[NJARC] Filter capacitors in series

Phil,

When electrolytics are used in series, the usual practice is to put a 
resistor in parallel with each cap to equalize the DC voltage each one 
sees.  In this case 100K or 220K half-watters should do the trick.  Then 
you have an 11uF 200-volt cap.  Without the resistors, the cap with the 
least leakage will have to withstand a disproportionate share of the 
total applied voltage.
