Let me know when you want to take out the bathtub and "superflous" bathroom

Hi Joe and thank you for the kind words.

Now here is the plan for my new library:
I am going to tell the wife that I am remodeling the bathroom.
Step 1 will be to take out the sink and tub and replace with those dandy
towlette things.
Step 2 will be to convince her that my book shelves should go in the
bathroom temporarily. Step 3 will be to install the new bathroom lighting (Reading
lights)
Step 4 will be to introduce small problems in her car. Stuff like won't
start. not brake lines. Step 5 is to wait until she "has" to buy a new car. Then
I will give her the ultimatum... new car or finish the bathroom.
Step 6 move in the rest of the books and a tube stereo.

Why don't rich people have toilets in their libraries?
Should I put in a second toilet for when friends want to help research the
library?
Should I leave room for a microwave and mini refrigerator?
Maybe a vibrating toilet seat so my parts don't fall asleep during long
research sessions?

FOR SALE
Bathtub and sink. Both used rarely (remember I have those little towlette
thingies). Pick up only.
