Hello All,

    Chuck Applebe, the Army Environmental Cleanup Coordinator has 
suggested a local AM transmission to our future visitors at Camp Evans.  
I have heard about this from others and the possibly of getting a 
vintage transmitter from south Jersey.

   Does anyone know the details of how to do this without annoying the 
nearby neighbors, radio stations, jets flying overhead.  And are any FCC 
licenses or permits needed?
