[NJARC] A few more additions and one subtraction from the clinic

Okay,

Here's the latest 411 on the clinic as of 5 pm Thursday 1/26, additions
that I remember are in bold.  Presumably we'll have a walk-in or two;
I've told a couple of members that members are supposed to draw on club
experts for one radio only during these open meetings.  If there's a
press, please take that into consideration.
