The Hagley Library, http://www.hagley.lib.de.us/, in Wilmington, DE, has
the RCA Camden technical library collection (Accession no. 2069), which
contains a set of the MIs.  Yours would be in Boxes 201 and 202 of the
collection.  I don't know that they would copy and mail these to you,
but it's a nice trip and the copies are inexpensive.
