[NJARC] Closing, A Store Near You

I deal with the store in Medford, NJ, (a franchise
store) and their staff knows me by name! One of the
guys is a radio fanatic, but just as a major hobby, so
I can usually go in and talk shop with him, and the
manager(and their sales girl is a rather decent
looking 20 something year old- and knowledgable!).
These days I am dependent on them for soldering iron
parts, solder, desoldering braid, and a few small
bits- but I would hate to take my business elsewhere:
I even drive 20 minutes out of my way to get there! I
have one five minutes away at the local mall: but they
are trimming back to only high ticket items! I've
already told them what I think of that idea. You can
go ANYWHERE- even ACME and get a TV, Radio or cell
phone. I go to Radio Shack for radio parts. Otherwise
they oughta just call it Crap Shack, and I will go
elsewhere.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings that thinks nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares about more than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." John Stuart Mill, 'The Contest in America', Feb. 1862
