[NJARC] Preserve America Designation to InfoAge

InfoAge has been designated a "Preserve America" site for 2006.  
Preserve America is a White House initiative in conjunction with the 
Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and others and the designation 
is signed by Laura Bush.  <www.preserveamerica.gov> is the website but 
it has not been updated since May 2005.  Anyway, another positive award 
and good politcal asset for InfoAge.
