Did "Rolla" have one L?  If so, there was a horn and cone speaker 
manufacture by the name of "Rola Co.", located in Seattle, Washington. 

Could find nothing on "President".  Could it be a model name rather than 
maker?  I am assuming you are talking about a battery set.  But then, 
you know what assumes means!
