Dave,
        If Marty would like to use the 11.9KV transformer for a battery 
charger I could give 'em a pair of 1/2 wave diodes to use with it. They're 
rated at 17,500 amps and weigh about 700 lbs each and stand 6' tall. Of 
course, if the batteries he is using are nickel metal hydride , etc, he 
would have to come up with a pulsing circut on his own.
