[NJARC] Military Model S-130?

	 I noticed some type of military transmitter/receiver, a model S-130 with no manufacturers name indicated, generating lots of interest on eBay (Item number: 6600543182). Can someone fill me in on why this item is so attractive? Is this just smoke and mirrors or something special? Thanks!
