Many thanks to the people who helped with a request to identify a radio
from my earlier post.

The model of the radio has been identified as a "Radio Glow" (or
"Radio-Glo"), made by "Schuster's Milwaukee" around 1935. It is featured
in "Radios Redux" by Phillip Collins on pages 14 and 15 and in "Machine
Age to Jet Age II" by Mark Stein.

The owner, Gordon Keehr, has decided to offer it for sale.

He provides the following additional information:

"The metal trim has rust spots on it, and it doesn't work. However, I had
it checked many years ago and was told that it needed tube No.209 and
that it 'probably' would be ok. All of the glass panels are ok, no chips
or cracks. It is also lighted from within with 2 bulbs."

Photos of the radio are posted on the club's web site at
www.njarc.org/member2member.htm#008 along with contact information.

Please contact Gordon directly if you are interested.
