Hi . This is Bob Ryan , from Staten Island . I have been a member for a
couple of years and enjoy the banter that I see from our members . I am a real" A
M " person , and I am always trying to find and listen to enjoyable
broadcasts of "Pop Standards " .One station that I have enjoyed for a while is WHLI
, 1100 ,on the dial , from Long Island , New York . My question is that when
I want to receive the broadcast , on my "G E Super Radio " I get
interference from a TV/VCR , which is in my kitchen , on the radio . When the TV/VCR
is "powered down/ off , the interference is overwelming , when it powers up /
turns on to record a program , the " interference" disappears . Is there a
filter ,or some piece of equipment I can use to stop this ? Thanks .
