Your tube lineup with the filters mentioned crosses over to the 
following schematics in Rider:

Rider 15-1
Model 501, 502, 503, 504, 510, 520 - Chassis 120.000.
Model 519 - Chassis 120030

Rider 16-18
Model 543, 544 - Chassis 120052

Rider 20-11
Model 587 Chassis - 120033A or B
Model 610, 616 - Chassis 120033A or B

Rider 22-3
Model 653B - Chassis 120136B

None of these appear to have a tone control or switch.  But they might 
be close enough to trouble shoot the radio.

Could you forward the picture to me also?  I have thousands of 
pictures.  (Though I won't look through them all.)
