One of the things coming out of the repair clinic discussions is the need for better organization.  I have suggested in the past that people bringing in sets for repair fill out a short form (at the reception desk) with their name, type of set, and symtons.  This should be matched to an appointment list and those with appts. should get first priority.  The 'expert' or other repair person should write on the form his diagnoses, repair or other actions taken, and then sign it.  Post clinic analysis of these forms would allow evaluation of how the clinic went and what changes could be made to improve things.
