I will only respond to the H building question at this time.  The H 
buildings are presently being gutted to remove all traces of materials 
of concern.  They should be transferred to us later this year.  However 
they are not relevant to this discussion as there currently is plenty of 
room at InfoAge to host repair/traning sessions if this is what we want 
to do.
