[NJARC] Swap meet

Pete,
   Vendor setup is 7am and buyers are allowed in when vendors have completed
their setup (Usually 8am). Thanks for letting us know about this. I am
passing it on to our Webmaster.

I was just up on the web site looking at the Swap meet info. Although
frequent vendors might know when setup starts (time) and frequent buyers
might know when it "officially opens (time) to the public, how do "first
time" attendees know this info. I couldn't find any mention of start
times on the site.
