[NJARC] Volunteer Hours for infoage.

Hi Fred,
I put in 4 hours so far in 2005.
At Howell Farm we just keep a notebook and have people sign in and out.  We
end up signing a lot of people out for them, if you know what I mean. 
Signing out is not on people's priority list at the end of a work session. 
At least if they sign in you have a head count and can assign hours to them.
