[NJARC] 61H knob

Steve: There's a picture of the 61H in the first volume of Stein's Machine
Age to Jet Age, but the band switch lever isn't very clear...looks like a
knobless shaft to my eyes. The hexagonal wooden tuning knob, however, is
the correct one. I checked my stock last night to see if I have the lever
shown in the picture on the Radio Attic site and found one that's similar,
but not a dead-on match. I still have to wonder if that's the right one or
not. Seems odd to mix wood and bakelite knobs.

If any other Reflectees have a Stromberg Carlson 61H with the original
knobs intact, a picture would help us both!
