[NJARC] rubber roller source?

Who knows where to get a rubber roller, similar to that found in a tape
deck?  This one does not have a metal core or hub, but is just a hunk of
neoprene, 1" diameter, 1/2" wide and 1/4" hole.  Small Parts did not have
anything, and my googling was not successful.  

This is a capstan to drive paper tape and the one I've got has gotten
smoother and harder than it needs to be.
