Subject: Radios
NJARCers-
Years ago as I drove around the Madison/Morristown/Boonton area I would come
upon nice vintage radios waiting by the curb to be taken to a landfill.
Many nice ones ended up in my basement. Unfortunately I am moving to warmer
climes and a smaller house and can only take a few of these beauties with
me. If you want them, you can have them for free. Otherwise I will have
to again put them on the path to the knackers. They are generally in decent
shape, and many of them were more or less working 30 years ago. Among them
are the following:
Zenith 52-522 mini console radio
RCA 9-T-256 tv
Cole Highboy radio-this is a late 20's/early 30's set made in Bloomfield NJ
and to me at least it is very attractive.
Philco 48-1001 tv
Majestic 90-B early console radio
GE console radio, model unknown, motorized tuning and the old station ID
tags (WFIL etc)
Dumont RA 103 TV
RCA 17t155 tc
Ameircan Bosch 462 A tombstone
Philco Arm Chair radio (model unknown)
RCA mode1 221 console radio (circular dial)
Radiola Radio/Phono, model unknown, but an early set which I hauled here
from Atlanta
I live just west of Morristown. If you are interested give me a call 1t
