[NJARC] AM Transmitter

Does anyone know if this transmitter has an exciter section which could
be run by itself without major change to the transmitter? That could
keep the power usage to an acceptable cost.
Transmission to the other buildings could be done via carrier current
(power line) if the power line transformers are arranged correctly. This
would bypass the Part 15 problems of going on the air directly.

Hello all,
I do not have a clue here. Could the transmitter send signal locally
(within the Camp Evans area) to be picked up by radios in each building?
Thanks,
Fred
