If you can't fool Mother nature, you surely can't change Human Nature.
At one Heightstown meet about 8 years ago, we (meaning Marve and I) tried
to limit selling between vendors before the official opening. Didn't
work, just created a lot of bad feelings.
Marvin is right, selling between vendors happens at all meets, even at
Charlotte. At one AWA meet, I saw a R-391 with no tag change vendors
three times in 90 minutes. So if you can't lick'em, join'em. Bring
something to sell, set up your own table and then start shopping! The
more vendors there are, the longer it takes to see everything and the
less likely that all of the "bargains" will be gone.
By the way, watch out for Bill. He sometimes throws those dead cells and
in the dark, you don't always know where they will land! 8>)
Ruth and I will try to make the April club meeting. Sarnoff?
Regards from Arkansas,
Jim
