[NJARC] Button type ceramics?

Hi guys:

My RF bridge circuit - circa 1954 - calls for Centralab ZA-751 button type ceramic capacitors ( whatever these are?? )...a 'matched' set of two having identical values in the range from 500 to 1000 pf.

The article says that I can use mica...but then the unit can only be used below 30 Mc.

Your advice and suggestions welcome.
