[NJARC] Swap Meet info needed

Route 287 North, to Route 80 East, go about a mile or less, take Exit 45,
make left, go sveral hundred feet to traffic light, make left onto Route
46 West, go about 1 mile to Baldwin Road (take traffic light jughandle
and make left, cross over Route 46, go several hundred feet, building on
your left.
