[NJARC] 2-meter AM Operation

Why would you want to operate in the middle of an FM simplex subband
unless you plan on modulating the oscillators in the rigs. In the band
plan, 145.5 to 145.8 MHz are for miscellaneous and experimental modes.
Drifting carriers probably would apply here too.
