[NJARC] Radio reservations

Dave,
I don't know if anyone's worked out the hourly capacity. Certainly there are plenty of slots at 3 pm and presumably the under-utilized experts will twiddle their thumbs and dials on their own receivers. Remember how many raised their hands?
