He puts a new cartridge together with a custom
mounting that fits perfectly in the 45 changer arm.
Tracks all 45s including newer stereo ones.
It's called the 'lowrider'.

Phil and anyone who can give some input,

       I'm looking for a replacement phono cartridge for a RCA 45 rpm 
phonograph.  Can anyone suggest a source, even Radio Shack catalog and
stylus 
diameter to look for?  I've been restoring this machine and this is the
next 
important part.  The tracking of the original cartridge/stylus is not
good.
