Subject: WHBI-AM radio

Dear Phil and Richard,

My name is Amy Ingalls and I am doing research on the 'small time' radio
station, WHBI, originating in Newark, NJ. I am in the process of
creating a short documentary about my family history, of which I
unfortunately know little about. The project is manifesting itself from
old photographs that include images taken in WHBI's station. My
grandfather, who passed away last May, used to work for James Shearer as
a broadcast engineer.

I am writing in hopes of recieving any help and/or advice in attaining
information of WHBI's history, and more importantly, audio recordings of
transcripts, station identifications, and anything that has been
broadcasted from the station and saved. It has been a challenge thus
far.

I came across your website through my internet searches on the subject.
I think it's great that there's such a great effort in keeping radio
history alive.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Amy Ingalls
